As it was a relatively new business, I did a lot of leafleting. This included learning how to approach people- shining light on the value of being articulate and concise and how to not take things personally with the negative responses you can receive when advertising. I also worked at the front desk, this included tasks such as: greeting, checking-in, making and rearranging appointments as well as answering phone calls and taking messages.
Retail:
In this current employment, I work on shop floor and here my job is to serve customers on tills. This includes purchases, exchanges,refunds as well as doing shop announcements . From being an efficient till operator, I have also been given the privilege to do cash office where I am trusted to count and send off the stores cash income.
